A fabrication shop, not a showroom

One crew, from the first measurement to the last seam.

At MAJ, the people who measure your space work for the same shop that cuts your slab, and our own crew sets it. When something needs a decision, you talk to the people doing the work, and you get straight answers.

It's also why we're set up for bigger jobs: whole houses, long bar tops, multi-unit kitchens, and builders who need the stone handled start to finish.

How we fabricate

How a job runs

Four steps, one schedule.

Step 1Quote
Send plans, drawings or rough measurements. We price the material, fabrication and installation, and tell you what we need to firm it up.
Step 2Template
Once cabinets are in, we measure on site and make an exact template, including sinks, cooktops and every wall that isn't quite square.
Step 3Fabricate
Your slab is cut, edged and polished in our Phoenix shop, with seams planned so the pattern lines up where people will look.
Step 4Install
Our crew delivers, sets, levels and seams the stone, then cleans up. You get counters ready for plumbing and backsplash.

Is MAJ right for your job?

Who we work best with

Builders and general contractors: New construction and remodels where you need one fabricator who shows up on schedule and handles the stone start to finish.
Custom homes and big remodels: Kitchens, baths, fireplaces and bars across a whole house, where the stone has to match from room to room.
Commercial and multifamily: Restaurants, bars, offices and multi-unit buildings that need volume and durable surfaces.

Questions we get

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

No. MAJ is a fabrication shop, not a retail showroom. You choose your slab at a stone supplier, and we help you pick one that suits the job. Then we template, cut, finish and install it.

What kind of projects are you best for?

Larger work: full kitchens, whole-home stone packages, custom homes, multifamily and commercial jobs, and builders and contractors who need a fabricator they can count on. If your job is smaller, call anyway and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.

Which materials do you work with?

Quartz, granite, marble and quartzite. Each one behaves differently in the shop and in your home, and we'll walk you through the tradeoffs before you choose.

What do you need from me for a quote?

Plans or drawings if you have them, or rough measurements and a few photos if you don't. Tell us the material you're leaning toward, the edge you like, and when the space will be ready.

Where do you work?

Across the Valley: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Cave Creek and the cities around them. Our shop is at 3223 W Pima St in Phoenix.
