For builders, GCs and remodelers
Your countertop fabricator, on your schedule, start to finish.
Stone measured, cut and installed when the schedule says. That's the job MAJ is built for: our own shop, our own install crew, one contact from takeoff to the last seam.
How we work with builders
- Takeoff and quote
- Send plans and the finish spec. We come back with a takeoff and a price for material, fabrication and installation, and flag anything unclear.
- Template on your timeline
- Tell us when cabinets are set. We template on site and confirm the install date from there.
- Fabrication in our shop
- Pieces are cut, edged and finished at our shop on W Pima St, so we control quality and timing.
- Install and hand off
- Our crew sets, seams and cleans up, and tells your plumber when the tops are ready.

The kind of work we do
Built for jobs bigger than one kitchen
- New construction, including repeat plans
- Custom homes with stone in the kitchen, baths, bar and fireplace
- Commercial work: restaurants, bars, offices
- Multifamily unit kitchens and baths
- Remodels where the stone has to fit existing walls and cabinets
We fabricate quartz, granite, and marble and quartzite.

Questions we get
What do you need for a takeoff?
Plans or shop drawings with cabinet layouts, the stone or a spec level, the edge, sink and appliance schedule, and your target dates. PDFs are fine.
Can you work off our schedule?
Yes. Tell us when cabinets will be set and when you need counters in, and we'll plan templating and install around it. If something on site moves, call us and we'll re-slot.
Do you handle multiple homes or units?
Yes. Repeat plans and multi-unit jobs are where a dedicated fabrication shop pays off. We'll quote per plan or per unit.
